Cancellation Policy

After you submit this forum, we will process your event request. If you schedule your event through a staff member or different portal, the same conditions apply. We will make sure your event details are acceptable in regards to your activities, number of guests, your location and available performer. If you are over an hour away from our performers, there will be a travel fee. If we need to make adjustments, we will contact you within 24 hours via email or phone to discuss. If you accept these necessary changes, your event will be placed on our calendar and we will ensure your event’s time and date. If you prefer to not accept our changes or recommendations, we will refund your deposit and remove you from our calendar. You cannot schedule an event less than 48 hours in advance unless you speak directly to a staff member. You cannot cancel or change your event less than 72 hours in advance unless you speak directly to a staff member. Once your event is reserved, your deposit is non-refundable. For full refunds, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your event, you will be charged the full amount. In regards to rescheduling, you must understand we work at a first come, first serve basis. If the new requested changes are still available we will happily make those adjustments for you. Your remaining balance will be collected by the performer on the day of the event in cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to working with you.
